Screenprinting
SCREEN PRINTING is a process that involves the transfer of an image via ink onto a variety of surfaces, such as t-shirts, through a mesh screen to create an image.
This process isn’t limited to t-shirts. We can also print on koozies, hoodies, jackets, and sweatpants.
To ensure that you get the best quality product, please consider these guidelines when submitting an order to be screen printed:
- Vector artwork is preferred for best results.
- Your design should be no bigger than 12”w x 16”h for entire front and back designs for adult sized shirts.
- For smaller artwork to go on the left chest, we ask that the artwork be no bigger than 4”w x 4”h
- If you have a specific Pantone (PMS) color that you would like to match to special mix ink, an additional fee will be incurred.
- We require a minimum of 24 shirts for screen printed jobs. If you have less than the minimum, we recommend DTG. However, we will screen print orders of less than 24. Set-up fees will be applied.
